2021 Heisman Trophy Ballots Distributed
Four Finalists will be invited to The 2021 Heisman Ceremony
NEW YORK (November 29, 2021) – The Heisman Trophy Trust distributed the ballots today for the 2021 Heisman Memorial Trophy, awarded to the most outstanding college football player in the United States. Ballots were sent to 928 electors, which includes 870 college football media members, 57 living Heisman Trophy winners and one overall fan vote presented by Nissan, premier partner of the Heisman Trophy. The general public is welcomed to vote at http://nissanheismanhouse.com. The results of this fan vote will be counted as one vote in the official Heisman tabulation. All ballots are electronic.
The voting for the Heisman Memorial Trophy is conducted and tabulated by the independent accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP. The deadline for receipt of the ballots is 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday, December 6, 2021. The Four Finalists that will be invited to New York City for the Heisman Trophy weekend will be announced that evening, after the voting has concluded.
This year, there will be two televised programs to highlight the accomplishments of the Heisman Trophy’s top vote finishers. The top ten finishers will be featured on The Top Ten Heisman Trophy Finalists Show Presented by Nissan on Thursday, December 9 at 9:00pm EST on ESPN.
The 2021 Heisman Trophy Winner will be announced during the televised Heisman Trophy Ceremony Presented by Nissan, that will air on Saturday, December 11 at 8:00pm EST on ESPN.

Heisman Media Credentials: Accredited Media Organizations can apply for credentials to cover the 2021 Heisman Media Events via the Media Tab of Media Credentials Application – Heisman
