After a long and grueling college football regular season, we’ve at last come to the day where the finalists for the 2015 Heisman Memorial Trophy will be revealed.
The votes of the Heisman electorate from across six geographic regions will soon be tabulated and then a select group of players will move on to the next phase of the Heisman process.

Ricky Williams of Texas, the 1998 Heisman winner, will announce the names of the finalists, who will travel to New York City to take part in the 81st Heisman ceremony. The announcement by Williams is scheduled to take place at approximately 6 p.m. ET on ESPN 2.
The Heisman presentation show itself — which has been extended from 60 to 90 minutes — will air starting at 8 p.m ET on Saturday, Dec., 12, on ESPN.
The finalists, along with several former winners, will arrive in the Big Apple on Friday to take part in traditional Heisman festivities that run through the weekend and climax with the annual Heisman dinner on Monday night. In addition to celebrating the 2015 Heisman winner, the dinner will also honor the 25th and 50th anniversary Heisman winners, Ty Detmer and Mike Garrett.
