NFL Heisman Update
In a battle of Heisman vs. Heisman, Jameis Winston and the Buccaneers came out on top over Baker Mayfield and the Browns, 26-23. Winston had 365 yards passing and gained 55 yards rushing, with one touchdown. Mayfield had 215 passing yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 43 yards on just four carries.
Cam Newton passed for 269 yards and two scores and also rushed for 49 yards on 7 carries as the Panthers beat the Eagles, 21-17.
Marcus Mariota threw for 237 yards and a touchdown and added 38 yards on the ground, but Tennessee fell to the Chargers, 20-19.
Mark Ingram rushed for 32 yards on 12 carries as the Saints edged the Ravens, 24-23. Lamar Jackson completed his only pass attempt for five yards and also rushed for a touchdown and nine yards on three carries.
