Three Heisman runners up highlight latest College Football Hall of Fame class

Heisman runners up Raghib “Rocket” Ismail (1990), Vince Young (2005) and Darren McFadden (2006, 2007) highlight the 2019 College Football Hall of Fame class, the National Football Foundation announced today.
